If Nokia was ready to ship next week, we would hear about it some way already. They probably will say nothing until they get the green light to start boxing and shipping.

This will be a soft start, so they will probably ship as pallets are filled. This means (excluding shipment terms you picked), some people will get their phones at least a week before others.
