I'm not sure if this option is already there (one of the Spartans could confirm?) but for sure it can be done fairly easy. So in a worst case scenario, you just need to write/make someone to write a fairly simple script/application

[edit] I'm talking of course about one-button silencing of the ringer, changing profile doesn't sound like what you are looking for.
