Forgot to mention one thing. I called NOKIA USA up, this is what I got:

Me: When will the N900 be available?
Rep: At the end of November?
Me: Didn't Nokia just announced they're shipping over 10 hours ago?
Rep: At the end of November?
Me: Umm... Nokia just announced they're shipping over 10 hours ago?
Rep: Eeeeh... Our Warehouse.... eeeh,...umm... end of November.

I just hanged up after that. Also, yes, that was literally the response I got.
