So i put it to you why should people like me have to put up with misinformation and stone cold lies when i am prepared to shell out my hard earned cash on 2 of their devices.

Remember i never forced them to give me that date they offered it and i made solid plans around it, only to once again be let down.

I do regret that i have embarrassed you by being in this communty and sincerely hope that not all here are as judgmental as yourself.
Some salesmen were trying to get you to buy the thing and told you a date that they wanted to believe was real. You wanted to believe it was real too and chose to accept his version of the truth. On the other hand a lot of people on this forum were trying to warn you that those dates were unrealistic. You chose to ignore those people because you liked the other version of reality better and figured that if it was wrong you would just blame it on the sales men. Now, reality has set in. The people who based their expectations on the facts were correct. The people who chose to base their expectations on what sales people said are disappointed.

I am not saying it was all your fault. The people who lied to you share quite a bit of the responsibility for your disappointment. But venting it on the people who are there to try to help is not the answer. I would say, file a complaint and be a little less gullible next time.
