I know going loco down the phone isn't big nor clever but it makes me feel a hell of a lot better and it's something i will look forward to doing everyday until the device arrives. I've only had the one operator hang up on me but i am working hard to make this rise to at least 2 a day.

Keep you posted on my childish adventures

I know EXACTLY how you feel...I was emphatically told by Nokia UK on Monday evening that they had devices in their UK warehouse & that I would have my parcel by Thursday (today). I only rang them up because they called me about two weeks ago (to ask if I still wanted to pre-order & to confirm my card details) & swore blind to me that they would ship my phone on the 9th November. After checking my shipping status online on the Monday evening it became apparent that I had been misinformed...

I know that customer service staff can make mistakes - often due to the fact that they have been misinformed themselves from further up the management chain - but I'm sad to say that the Nokia UK Online Store have p*ssed so many people off that doubtless very few people will ever use them again.
