Oct 22nd for me and showing as pending

Have sent MPD the following mail

Morning Everyone,

There are some very disturbing rumours that the n900 from yourselves has now been delayed to the end of the month. There are numerous postings on the ‘nokia conversations’ support forums claiming to have spoken to members of your staff and have been told that delivery for pre-orders has been delayed to the end of the month.
Additional evidence is beginning to crop up on the Maemo site as well.

Can you please confirm or help with the following questions please

Have you had delivery of the n900 yet?
If not, when are you expecting delivery?
Are you planning to update the people who have pre-ordered via email?

Guys, I understand that you are busy, but when people have had the faith to pre-order a phone through you, a simple email to state yes – we have delivery, or no- we don’t have a delivery, but are expecting one by the end of the day, or even a status message saying you have/ don’t have the stock and will not be answering queries via webnote or phone until you have some news would go a long way. It is the not knowing that is generating so many requests for information, and the lack of it is feeding the rumour mill.

After publishing the w/c 16/11/09, you were always going to get alot of queries, but some information would definitely help with the rumours flying around and take some strain off your staff who are probably sick of the whole matter now

Please advise with the latest information?

Kind regards

lets see what response they give out
