Well, if you want all of the features and fluff from the latest September '09 release, I guess you could always go stupid and use VNCViewer for now.

Scid has a really neat option where you can save your Windows layout.

So basically, you just need to position it on your computer screen once to permanently get a good display on the tablet.

It works very well except for I haven't quite found a really good way for the game clock to show when playing a match over at FICS.
