I donīt think that is just Amazon. This is a offer straight from Nokia so it should apply to all sold in the US. The small print does not specify Amazon.com but just phones sold in the US from today and until new years. Does pre-sale mean the date that your invoice is issued and phone is shipped and charged. Or the day you originally posted the order?
