Most enthusiast forums do not allow these topics and my 9 years of community online forum administration has taught me not to allow politics and religion talk. It has more to do with endless debates that just lead to flaming and disagreements. If you want to discuss sensitive subjects, do it elsewhere. There are a lot of other sites that specialize on these two topics.
