I just called NOKIA USA to check the status of my September 24th preorder. I was informed as others have been that the bluetooth headset was not compatible with the phone and offered a 15% discount instead. But I also was told that the overnight shipping I originally ordered was no longer available so I would be given 1 to 3 day shipping for $1 and that the $19.99 extended warranty I had ordered would be $49.99 if I still wanted it. She assured me that I would maintain my place in the preorder queue even though I was issued a new order number. She said she thought that the N900 was already shipping and I should get mine by the end of the month. I really love Brightpoint. They really have their act together. Some of the best customer service ever!
