Webshop Customer Help says: end of november Dexter says: I'd also like my complaint noted: I was previously told that the N900 would be dispatched on Monday 16th Nov, I understand that Nokia haven't sent you the goods, but if I hadn't come to try and talk to MPD on Tuesday 17th, I still wouldn't have a clue what was going on with my order. Is it really that hard for MPD to send out a mail shot to all people who pre-ordered, simply informing them that shipping has been delayed... Webshop Customer Help says: No its not, but we are trying to find out a date before letting people know Dexter says: as I have said previously I don't mind a delay, but the lack of communication coming from MPD is inexcusable! I was told on Tuesday that a mail shot was going to be sent out that very day, but still there seems to be a black hole where all the information is ending up!
