Yes, it is JUST a phone. It is a TOOL that I was planning on utilizing to make it easier for me to accomplish certain tasks. Now I'm without the tool I was expecting, and I did not purchase a substitute device to tide me over until.... until.... well who really knows when. Back in October I would have been in the position to pick up something. Now, not so much. So I'm getting more and more peeved. Is that really SO HARD to understand? I NEVER said it was the bane of my existence. But Nokia is losing goodwill with this continual botched launch. And the Nokia apologists are not making things better by suggesting we're a bunch of fools for expecting more from Nokia and that the way they're doing this launch is a GOOD thing.
