Well, if I only had one preorder, it's definitely a lottery I would love to win. Now I'm actually happy there's a delay, and hope it would at least continue till I can solve this issue.

They won't even let you specify an alternate shipping address from your credit card billing address. If you want to send it somewhere else (like when I was in college living in a dorm) then you had to call the bank and tell them to do a temporary billing address.
I have no idea what you're talking about. The past 6 years I've been with Newegg, they always charge my card the moment my order is processed, usually within 2 hours I place my order if it's during working hour. Last time I made an order over $2000(part of my new pc here ), it only took them one hour to process. Also, they've always allowed me to ship it to an alternate shipping address.
