LOL...what do you think the 'Order Placed' language is in the upper left hand of the invoices...order placed, order date--common sense that the two mean the same thing. Actually it does clearly state you need to submit a receipt even if it's not included in the four subsections. It clearly state's it directly underneath and if you had actually bothered to read the previous pages you would know that other people called Nokia and received the same answer that a receipt is mandatory with your submission. Just because it isn't listed in the subsections but listed underneath them and in very clear language doesn't mean you can omit it. But go ahead and submit it without a receipt and watch it get denied. Stating what is actually on the rebate form is not condescending, it's stating what is said and what is not said, not your interpretation because it isn't in the subsection. Arguing the language isn't their, when it clearly is, is like arguing that their is no 'N' in the Nokia name on the rebate form even though it's clearly visible.
