Dell update: I used to work for the company that still makes Dell's printers, so I have a little insight, but this info is from Dell. 1. Dell does not stock phones (at least not yet- Dell will also sell their own brand of phones next year in the US) 2. Dell is an official reseller for Nokia. Our orders will ship DIRECT from Nokia distribution channels. 3. Dell's first allocation for customers is expected to be shipped on 11/24 -may be earlier, but more likely later (first week of December). 4. Contrary to my doubts, Dell is will honor the discounts. I had forgotten that Dell ships Nokia phones through Nokia's own distribution. I used a very helpful corporate sales contact for the information. My company (like others) does a lot of business with Dell.
