While I don't have the N900 in hand yet and cannot comment on his N900 specific issues, I think the review was quite fair in its general criticisms of Nokia. I love Nokia phones but having used all their Ovi services, most of the desktop software and a number of Nokia phones, their software side product management, development methodology and especially QA is quite horrible. I'm sure the N900 will be a solid phone by post release firmware version 3 or so, but I am tempering my expectations for the N900 at release based on my previous Nokia experiences.
