Hi,

Being an N800/Maemo newbie, I have a few questions about installing apps on my N800...

I was able to install a few apps from the Maemo catalog (MaemoMapper is easy enough, etc.), but there are several errors that I get when I install others...

1. Some of the apps tell me they are not compatible with my current system. I have updated to the latest version, so I'm assuming this is referring to something else? (Is this a "not in root" error of some sort?)

2. Some apps tell me that they need other resources in able to work (i.e., certain software dependencies)... How do I go about installing those?

3. This is not an error, hbut just a question... If a "Click to install" button is not available for a certain app, how do I go about installing it? Update: I figured this one out -- I think.

Thanks for you patience and help... I know that these are probably simple issues.
