If you have pre-ordered from NokiaUSA, give them a call, they claim they're trying to call all people who have pre-ordered. They have changed e-commerce something or other and need to redo the orders. The protection plan is now $49.99, $1 1-3 day shipping, and you can get either the bluetooth headset that was originally included OR %15 discount. Protection plan + shipping + %15 discount + tax for me was around $628. I didn't mind that so much, but 2 of my credit cards were declined (my bank says they're OK) and they refused to try a 3rd one, because after the 3rd decline you get flagged as a fraudulent customer. I told them to cancel everything a shove it, now I have to order from someone else and won't be getting it for a while
A quick update, after my 09/08 pre-order got schruted by NokiaUSA I ordered from Dell on 11/19. I thought i won't be getting the phone for a while because my estimated delivery date was 02/01/2010. To my most pleasant surprise today my order status changed to shipped, accompanied with a tracking number from fedex
