That just leaves me with the Internal Activity causing an exception. Which seems to mean they can decide to take as long as they want.

Edit - for international services, 'express saver' is 1-5 days, not 1-3.
In the last five minutes or so, my shipping info changed from the 'exception' notice to 'in transit - no delay'. i would imagine that your order has also been updated, or if not, very shortly...
