To use that tracking number for anything they would need full delivery address, which you would need nokia's preferred login for the ups website to bring up the full address. Then to call ups with nokia's customer password and ask a ups agent to re-arrange delivery. If a webpage asks you for tracking number and address then exit out of that. (or any other piece of information)
