I'm in CA. I got the runaround for close to 2 hours. I'm supposed to be receiving a call from a supervisor I spoke with yesterday after the warehouse responds to his email. He said he was curious how others could have their phones shipped out already. I emailed him a link to this thread. The 'Dell Is Shipping' thread was unfortunately merged with a larger one.

The other day they told me the ship date was November 24th, so who knows when it will be (I also ordered on November 5th, and don't understand the supposed queue they had for pre-orders)
