Thanks very much for the number, but I asked them if they could re-auth and they said no (unbelievable), and I would have to place another order.
I told them that I had to place an order manually with out using my account as the system crashed when I tried.
The only offer I got was to be put back to the people I tried yesterday, who really don't care one way or the other.
