Hi L11 I am in exactly the same boat my order was placed 20/10/09.
No Email, package not on UPS. Guess they just didn't get around to mine.
I am sure it will go out this morning. Fingers crossed I might get it before the weekend, but I am on standard delivery so probably not much chance.
