I'm having the same issue with my Shipping Reference.

I got the 'Shipped' email yesterday afternoon, but I can't track it at UPS. Instead I get the message

UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again.

I have put the -01 on the end of the number.

Is it actually possible to track items sent with the free shipping option?
