Well, as far as I know we are not expecting anymore delays and they will ship first units soon. Its not bragging I am just a guy who is basically in you position, I have been waiting my phone too and this delays bothers me as much as it bothers other waiting customers. I just cant wait anymore. It is your call to use Nokia Retail Stores again. None of the delays is our fault. I cant comment about customer service. We been trying our best. If you have ordered your phone already, there is a big chance of you getting it next week.
