Yeh I initially thought they were the "face of nokia" for the UK and the they ran everything (perhaps with the exception of the flagship in London)

I've raised that issue with them too, and below is an extract from the webchat. Though we did have technical problems, some of the message that I sent and some that I received didn't actually appear on the screen at all, but were part of the transcript emailed to me.

I had to end the conversation there because I was getting so annoyed because I thought he was ignoring me, because the last message off him wasn't been displayed to me!
