I get delays too. Fortunately I have several devices (Archos 5, G1 and Droid) to compare on wifi. My delay is not one minute, but is about five to ten seconds. Instant on the other devices.

I also have can not get zoutube to play beyond an average of 25 seconds. The vids stop dead and do not resume. Not a problem with the other devices.

Must be something simple to fix- I hope. Kind of frustrating to have a device that handles Flash and web well, but does not connect or stay connected very well on wifi, 2G or Edge. I wonder what causes the lag for loading pages?

As far as streaming vids, I only tested for less than a minute each for my noob review, since I wanted to try a lot of content sites.

I just changed my power setting too, but considering I am already in the room with the router prior to changing it, not sure it makes a difference.
