As I think I said earlier in this thread: I've written up the *whole* story (starting with my order) with NOS, including the ******** ship dates and all, and I'm going to send it as high up the food chain as I can get on Monday. Which might just be fairly high up, if they've still got that ******** £1k hold on my account. I don't know how much good it will do, but I live in hope that it will result in some arses getting kicked, and I advise others to do the same. Keep posting over in the 'shop.nokia.co.uk cancelled my order' thread, too.
