Hi, I have a question and I don't know if this is the right place for it or not. I noticed that some apps in the repositories have "Non-free licence" - such as many game emulators - but when I click "Install", it is downloaded normally without any request for buying any money. So I'm confused, Can I use these apps for free or it is paid apps? Thanks in advance.
