This was the response I got:
"Hello,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I've checked with concerned department and found that we've not yet received enough stock to ship the orders for the item "Nokia N900 Unlocked Phone."
As we don't know when we get this stock from the manufacturer, currently the availability of "Nokia N900 Unlocked Phone," is listed as hasn't been released yet. We'll make sure to update our website listing when we know more.
Once we receive more copies, we will be able to ship it to you. It is not uncommon for there to be a delay of several weeks between the release and distribution of a new publication.
When your order is shipped, you should receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents, and method of your shipment. As per our standard policy, we do not charge you for items until they enter the shipping process, so you will not be charged for this item until it is available and we have shipped it to you.
If you need to make any changes to your order, you can view the Order Summary here:

I'm very sorry about all of this. I hope you'll consider this an isolated incident and give us another chance in the future.
We look forward to seeing you again soon.

My email viciously told them that if they were going to send me that same response about not having stock and not even look at the links I sent them, that instead of emailing me they should just cancel my order. I'd rather order from Nokiausa than Amazon even at $160 if they were going to continue disrespecting me by not even reading my email.
UGH! I'm so pissed. I told them that it was ridiculous that they were treating me like a 4 year old, when I had spent $500+ on a device from them and was only asking for information.
