On initial dialog:
User name: mynumber@sipgate.co.uk
Pass: mypass
On advanced dialog:
User name: mynumber
Transport: udp
Outbound Proxy: sipgate.co.uk

All the rest i left as per default and it seems to work for me, at least for incoming calls.
