I don't see why that dosbox mumbo-jumbo is at all relevant, but the reason why windows mobile / CE are not available for the n810 is a lack of proper drivers. Windows mobile / CE is (most often) used on ARM devices, but there is a significant lack of usefulness to be found if it were ported to work on the n810, it's really a mediocre platform, entirely different from desktop windows OS's.
