It is an extremely painful and time consuming process to cancel a DELL order. I have been on the phone trying to cancel my N900 order and it is complete bu%%$&*@ that they are dilly-dallying to cancel an order that they have no idea when they can fulfill

The only thing keeping me from going ballistic is I HAVE my N900 through amazon and it is everything what i hoped it would be and more..
