And yeah - I want to trust Steve as he's been pretty honest and hasn't made any wild promises that haven't come true. Along with that email (which was the only official communication we've had), it would make sense that we either get them on the 3rd or they're shipped on the 3rd... Haha, yeah but you forgot about the bit where you can't get through to MFD customer service, they don't reply to your emails (as per usual), then they tell you, you to need to return your phone so it can go back to some guy in Finland who is the only person in the world who can fix it and that you've got another 2 month wait, they think!
