We should bring this thread to the attention of Jose-Luis Martinez Merino, VP, Marketing at Nokia. He was at the Summit talking about "them" being responsible to bring the Maemo devices to market. Even if probably tens of thousands of preorder went through ok, stories like heard in this thread just can't be :-)
