I admit it was bit surprising to hear Maemo6 announced even before N900 had hit the stores, but I'm not even slightly concerned that it wouldn't run on N900. Everybody keeps bringing up the capacitive factor, but it would seem really stupid to limit themselves to that, when they've been insisting on resistive for so long. Best to bring models for each and keep both sides happy

In any case N900 has been promised QT patch soon, so even in that unlikely case Maemo6 wasn't available, pretty sure the bugfixes and new features will still be backported to Maemo5 too.

Of course this is all speculation, but I just can't get myself worrying about it no matter how many gloomy posts I read.
