eeerrr ok, one question:
i downloaded some of the emulators (for nes, gba and snes) to my pc
does that mean i can not properly install them through my pc? do i necessarily need to download then through a repository?
that maemo-wiki-page sais: "Starting from Maemo 5, the only supported way to install software is from repositories."
does that mean that if i install/copy apps from my pc i need to do it in a complicated way to make them work?
how or where do i see what repository contains which apps?
when i add a repository to the n900, do i get a list of all apps in it? can i see the list of apps in a rep. on my computer before i add it to the n900? (so that i dont need to add rep for rep just to get a specific app but so that i can see beforehand what rep i need to add to get an app?)
