Doesn't the forum ettiquet here require big warnings before sending someone to a package in Extras-Testing? Don't we advise most end users not to install any such files?

It seems that Nokia lied one way or another - either it supports the files in Extra's Testing for use by end users or doesn't have comprehensive codec support.
