If it eases you any bit, here what i just sent to amazon
"Hey,
This is regarding my order number 102-2925228-XXXXXXX. The item in question is a nokia N900 smart phone. It HAS already been released (don't believe me? go to:
http://store.nokia.com/webapp/wcs/st...01_-1_10000367
) and your website still reflects "item not yet released" also, there've been confirmed reports of the product being shipped to people who ordered from you. A LOT, and i mean a WHOLE LOT of people are turning away from amazon because of your mis-informing your customers and so do i will too. please let me know if AMAZON really has the capacity to ship my order or should i think of myself as another of those loyal customers that amazon never cared about to kick in the.. and try a different seller. And dear customer care representative, kindly look at the facts before you reply, don be like :
"I've checked with concerned department and found that we've not yet received enough stock to ship the orders for the item "Nokia N900 Unlocked Phone."
As we don't know when we get this stock from the manufacturer, currently the availability of "Nokia N900 Unlocked Phone," is listed as hasn't been released yet. We'll make sure to update our website listing when we know more.... BLAH BLAH BLAH"
cuz we've had enuf of it.I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE GOING TO SHIP OR NOT!!! IF YES, GIMME A DATE, SHOULD NOT BE THAT BIG A DEAL FOR A COMPANY COMMITTED TO "We're Building Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company"
