yeah i went ahead and called them.. guess what the idiot from before added the internet plan to my moms phone instead of mine.. which i don't get when he asked for my phone number to add it and plus my number is way different from my moms lol.
so then he switched it and i was able to connect 5mins right after.. so for 2 days i was waiting to see if i could connect.. :face palm:.
