Here's some interesting news:

They're shipping from multiple stores as it says in the email, not just Southampton...

I tricked one store (don't know which one) in to calling me back. They seemed SO confused when I gave them my name. After 10mins on hold, they said they couldn't find my order (I panicked) but then said "are you sure we rang you? it could be being processed in a different store..."

It didn't sound like they had very many at their end. I could hear them checking through the boxes...

There ya go!
