Thanks for the quick reply. I have xterm installed and I THINK I became root. However, when I put in the cp command, I get an "unable to open" and it says the ./MyDocs.documents/operaini.txt doesn't exist (no such file or directory.
What am i doing wrong.
Again, I really appreciate your help. I'm really struggling!
