Amazon.com just ruined my day. 1. I received an email saying the n900 will ship on the 9 or 10th 2. The estimated arrival was the 16 - 22 3. I called Amazon to see if I could get it by the 19 for sure. 4. Associate tells me he can upgrade my shipping and credit me for the shipping and i'll get it on th 15th. YAY! 5. I check online, my shipping date is changed back to "after december 25th" 6. I call Amazon back, speak to a new associate who tries to tell me the item is not released. 7. I tell her I just spoke to someone, who changed my shipping so I would get it earlier 8. She tells me that shes sorry but now i've been moved to the back of the preorder 9. I ask to speak to a supervisor because this is ridiculous. 10. Supervisor checks a bunch of records, tells me that anyone who received a shipping date would be receiving an email saying that the shipping has been changed to unknown 11. I tell her my situation again, she spends 10 minutes "looking" for information 12. Tells me she'll call me back. 13. No returned Call. WTF.
