i ordered mine dec 1 with 1-3 day express shipping, status still "in progress." called nokia sales today and was told that my status should be "released", they say that they're having problems with their system and i will probably get my device tomorrow, that made me happy ...BUT, i will call them again later this afternoon to double check and make sure rep didn't lie
