Reflow works everywhere for me so far. CNTRL+SHFT I is a PIA to execute, and is IMHO rediculuous, but it does the trick. It is, however, not perfect:

If you have zoomed and then reflow it will reset the page and then when you zoom again it will reflow the text nicely. It seems to stay in relow even after tapping links. Once the you close the browser it resets to non-reflow. So, it appears to be session only.

Frankly, it's a weak remedy. Better to have a user preference to turn it on or turn it off. Period. Also, why not 2 keys

At least I can read the news without killing my eyes, or resorting to inane horizontal scrolling
