pleasseeeee use the search thread - these questions have been answered on many many many mannnnnnnny occasions
1) Not branded, not locked to any network (IE unlocked phones) -
So far that counts for all phones delivered, some future stockers may try to brand their phones, like orange etc
2) (I'm sure you posted this last night? - it's like dejavu....) - post what the GSM requirements are for your provider and check - alot easier for you to check yourself if you already know the GSM requirements - personally i see no reason why it will not work

If you buy a phone from another country you can not take it back to your local nokia dealer...
