Don't forget this is a totally new device, with totally new hardware. There aren't that many problems in the grand scope. You just happened to get a bad unit. Some of the mic issues are software related. I don't think the Korean factory is the issue at all. More likely its a design problem or hardware problem on the hardware front, and mainly has been software issues.
