so i emailed them back saying

I don't understand how you can be out of stock when people who order fromAmazon just got a notice saying thattheir phone hasbeen shipped to them and their estimate delivery day is the 8th of Dec! They also have a tracking number. And mine was to be shipped out on the 7th of Dec and the phone is not yet shipped.....can you please explain this to me....

I don't the payment is the problem because they won't charge it until they shipped and if it is the problem they would've emailed me. i don't know what their doing but its f**** stupid!
