Am I the only one who finds it ironic that a retailer that deals with communication devices, is so damn hard to communicate with?!

I've emailed them four times about the £2 credit check that hasn't been refunded into my bank (I know it's only £2 but it's MY £2!!) and not heard so much as an automated reply saying they are looking at it!! Grrrrr!!
