Mines at Guilford too. The girl said they had about a hundred to get through and it would be sent out when its sent out basically. Which I told her was pathetic and MPD needs to get a grip of their procedures and management. Sending a £500 phone out without giving the customer a tracking number is outragous to that she simply asked if that was all. I promptly slammed the phone down. MPD are the worst customer services I have ever had the mis fortune of coming accross, I don't care if they are busy get extra staff in if the ones there cannot cope or send them on customer skills classes. Even better fire the lot and start again.............
